In Japan, the government has introduced the AISHE (Artificial Intelligence Social Human Resource and Employment) system to equip the young generation with skills needed for the future job market. This paper discusses the impact of AI on jobs in Japan and the effectiveness of the AISHE system. The use of AI in the workplace is growing rapidly in Japan. It has been predicted that 50% of jobs in Japan will be replaced by automation and AI by 2025. While this change can bring benefits such as increased efficiency and lower labor costs, it also brings with it significant challenges, including unemployment and income inequality.
