Return Policy for AISHE SaaS (AIaaS) Product
1. Introduction
This policy governs refund processes related to the cloud-based software service called AISHE. AISHE is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that users access over the internet. This policy covers all terms and conditions regarding subscription fees, free trial periods, and other payments.
2. No Refunds
Generally, there are no refunds for AISHE , except where required by law. This includes:
- Fully or partially used billing periods (e.g. monthly/annual subscriptions).
- Refund requests for unused days .
- Refund in case of early termination of subscription period .
In special cases, such as illegal errors or failure of the service to comply with its described characteristics, a refund is possible.
3. Free Trial Period
3.1. Duration and Scope
Users can test AISHE for 14 days for free and unlimited . The trial period is tied to the device the user first logs into the system and ends automatically when the period expires.
3.2. Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No: 6502)
In Turkey , a 14-day objection period (warranty period) is valid for digital services . However, this period ends when AISHE starts to be used actively. The user must approve this situation before the trial period starts.
3.3. Retry
The trial period is given once for each device . It is not possible to try again on the same device after the first use.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1. Paid Use
At the end of the trial period, in order to use AISHE, the user must pay the monthly fee according to the current price list . Prices can be found at [Price List Link] and may vary depending on the package.
4.2. Device-Based License
The license is tied to the device on which the trial period is used. If the device is changed, a new license must be purchased.
4.3. No Automatic Renewal
The subscription is renewed only with payment made by the user. In case of non-payment, the license expires. Usage can be resumed with a new payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will be rejected in the following cases :
- Change of mind (lack of post-purchase user satisfaction).
- Partial or total unavailability of the Service .
- Technical issues with the user's system (e.g. internet connection, hardware incompatibility).
- Failure of the features of the Service to meet user expectations , but other than error or breach of contract.
6. Subscription Cancellation and Extension
6.1. Subscription Renewal
The subscription is renewed monthly according to the current price list. For cancellation, the user must request at least 3 business days before the end of the period.
6.2 Consequences of Cancellation
A canceled subscription expires at the end of the current billing period. User-generated data remains accessible for 30 days , after which it is deleted (unless a new subscription is purchased).
7. Refund Request Process
Refund requests are only considered in cases required by law or expressly stated in this policy. For the request, the user must:
- Must provide name, email address and transaction information (invoice number/ID).
- The reason for the return must be detailed. Requests will be evaluated within 7 business days

8. Legal Notices
8.1. Disclaimer
AISHE is provided "as is". It cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use or non-use, but damages caused by intent or gross negligence are excluded.
8.2. Compliance with Turkish Law
This policy complies with Turkish legislation. In cases where a refund is required by law (e.g. faulty service), requests can be reviewed and a refund can be made.
9. Publication Places of the Policy
This return policy:
- It can be accessed in the "Corporate > Legal Information" section on the website.
- It is displayed to the user during the registration and payment processes.
- It is available in the AISHE app under the "Settings > Legal" tab.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated at any time in accordance with legal requirements. Changes will be posted on the website and will come into effect. Existing customers will not be affected by the changes, but significant changes will be notified by email.
Note: Compliance with Turkish Law
The 14-day trial period is in line with the objection period in the Turkish Consumer Protection Law . The right to object ends when the user uses the service during the trial period. This situation must be clearly stated to the user and approval must be obtained before the trial begins.
